Two important details are missing:

1) From where?
2) How much extra?

Generally I'd say yes, especially as Delta seems to serve many Canadian airports with small planes from its regional carriers... and if you're talking about JFK or an airport with frequent delays, the in-flight entertainment on AC is a great way to pass time ^
