OK -- this is a Continental-operated flight (M fare code) and I'm trying to upgrade it using Onepass miles. Is it considered a Star Alliance upgrade because I bought the ticket at Lufthansa.com and it has a Lufthansa code share? What if I had bought it at Orbitz, which offered me the same routing for the same price?
