I save that for two awards;
30A - Two 48 state upgrades any coach fare to FIRST (even on a three class.

Problem with this award is most people at the airport don't know about it and Special Services at JFK or LAX usually downgrade me.
The EXP desk always restores the reservation when I call.

I also like the 75A award --two First Class to Hawaii...premium cabin on the three class.
