If I had a wife with me (or a daughter) how would I go about using front of line or anything?
Have not been through IAD in a year, but when I went through the kiosks were located next to the Crew/Diplomat stations. I assumed if the kiosks did not work, the CBP officer stationed there would be the one to help me process re-entry.
