Today's story via emails (13 of them so far) is:

Thank you for your return email regarding the use of the BlackBerry service whilst in the USA.

There is no explanation as to why you were able to use the BIS bundle in the USA previously.

I am very sorry that you have been misinformed when speaking to my colleagues over the phone and I can certainly understand the frustration that this must be causing you.

I can advise you that, as previously advised by both myself and my colleague, unfortunately, the pay as you go BlackBerry BIS bundle is for use in the UK only, therefore customers won’t be able to send/receive emails using the pay as you go BIS service whilst abroad.
And when asked for details of where I might find this documented the computer said:

Thank you for your email regarding the use of the Pay As You Go Blackberry services whilst abroad.

I am sorry to learn of the difficulties you have experienced due to the unavailability of the Pay As You Go Blackberry services whilst abroad.

I regret to advise we are unable to send you the link as requested, as this is currently not available from the terms and conditions section of our website, however the information is obtained within the business rules sections of our internal information systems.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
And then another computer a little later said:

Thank you for your email regarding the use of the Pay As You Go Blackberry services whilst abroad.

Further to my previous response to your request for the link to view the terms and conditions with regards to the Pay As You Go Blackberry Internet service, please find I have included the link from the Orange shop section of our website;

http://shop.orange.co.uk/mobile-phon...lackberry_payg

I hope this information is of assistance.
And I am waiting for the answer to this question wrt point 7) which I think they see as the "solution" to my problem as to what this means:

"Any data roaming outside the UK will be charged at the standard PAYG roaming data charges."

My assumption is that I can get emails but will have to pay extra. All in all I have better things to do with my day.
