Thanks much for the primer. Hope we don't have to use too much of it--but the primer does explain how I was treated on a paid C fare when things went very wrong--basically, we don't care. Stay in DEL for the rest of your life even though we lost your paper ticket. Aren't all bags in airports rifled by the crew to get the good stuff? You want money for the stuff that was stolen in our possession? Get over it.
