My application has been pending since 4/2 (says pending review). I tried calling CBP but got transferred to ORD where the officer in charge said (without even asking my application number) that I need to call CBP.
So making no progress. Any one else has ideas on what to do? I am scheduled to travel to YYZ/YOW/YUL later next week. Should i delay by travel until GE is approved or it is still ok to travel with my passport etc.

GE won't help speed your return to the U.S. from YUL, anyway. You clear U.S. customs in the Transborder terminal at YUL. There's NEXUS kiosks there but no GE kiosks. I was just through there last week and called the CBP office at YUL to ask if my GE could be used, the officer said no.
