My application has been pending since 4/2 (says pending review). I tried calling CBP but got transferred to ORD where the officer in charge said (without even asking my application number) that I need to call CBP.

So making no progress. Any one else has ideas on what to do? I am scheduled to travel to YYZ/YOW/YUL later next week. Should i delay by travel until GE is approved or it is still ok to travel with my passport etc.
