As does Galleries North ^

I can’t see the whole “big thing point” of the CCR either to be perfectly honest. We were completely underwhelmed when we were there. Service was non existent, we had to leave the terrace & go to the bar every time to get our drinks. So we might as well have been in GF or GC as the CCR was essentially self service anyway. The dining room, while the food itself was pleasant, the service was akin to Fawlty Towers.

Likewise the CC Breakfast room in the arrivals lounge, we had to leave that & go to the self service breakfast spread, as despite sitting there for at least 20mins, not one staff member came through to see if anyone needed service.

It was nice to see the CCR room, but I won’t be really bothered with it again. In a toss up between the CCR and the GF & GC lounges, I’d take the latter.

However if I were really truthful I'd have to say give me the VS Clubhouse any day over the lot of them.
