There are some tricks about the power in C/LH.

First don't plug till is green (usually when it's flying), second don't plug when the computer is no, turn on the computer after you plug it.

The reason is that the power dedicated to the plug is very low and if the computer requires more power, the plug selfs-disconnect.

Some computer are so power hungry that they would be never working on the air.
