I think "Inner Snob" sums it up very well too. Doesn't that apply to all lounges though? Looking down on those below who don't have access. I'm sure that most of us have homes that are much more comfortable/private/relaxing than an airport lounge and I would certainly rather be there (or even in my office) than sitting in an airport lounge for longer than I have to be.
