The GF lounge terrace is better located for taking in airport action. However, I find the CCR terrace roomier and less crowded.

On the inside I echo AGSF's comments. Much prefer the CCR to the Flounge, which I find sterile and packed with aspiring Golds wishing they where in the CCR

I think Galleries Club the floor above beats Flounge with regards to ambiance.
