Walk it. Terminal B (formerlly called 2W)is on the west side of the airport. Terminal A (formerlly 2E) is on the east. The airport access highway divides the sides. There is a *long* sky bridge between the two. The bridge has moving side walks. I think they also operate carts along the bridge.

Gate B2 is in the "new" part of the B terminal. Its at the very end of the "extension" of the terminal.
