Thanks for the info!
What really bothers me is how they treat customers. Although fairly important, I can accept a slightly run-down property. The customer service "attitude" from what I have read in the numerous posts, however, is worrying. This is a personal trip with my dad, and I want us to at least receive some decent service, if not good. From the previous posts, I can't see anyone at the hotel seems to care, from the reservation desk to the bell-boys. If others have reported repeatedly this is one property that never fails to disappoint, I guess I really should take my business somewhere else.
I probably will try to get some points and stay at Hilton or Hyatt instead. At least I will have the peace of mind that my family trip will be treated decently.
