I've now just gotten off the phone with another agent and again I'm being told that even 22 days in advance I will not get my mileage reinstated. That it is a non-refundable ticket.

Do you have any of the rules around a flight that was cancelled the day of travel and yes, it was more than 2 hours in advance? I can't seem to find my Aeroplan book. Thanks.
