Hello all
i was a silver elite worldperks nwa member
then the merger happened and I was a silver medallion member
(it surprised me a little because I didn't see how I had the qualification and figured it was some grandfathering thing related to merger)

in Jan and feb I was non stop travelling and enjoyed my status especially when it resulted in my first ever first class trip upgrade

I am now travelling again however I'm just a skymiles member now

how did this happen? The reason I ask is because everything I have read says that status is calculated at end of calendar year and is good for a year

so how did I lose status between feb and may?

Same flight I flew first class in frb is now a middle seat

I appreciate any feedback
