Well, I guess the seat would be the most deciding factor for me, plus the overall service... I'm totally torn between the two, I've heard a lot of good and bad things about BA's C, that it's very often hit or miss in terms of service and food... Plus, my other half seems to dislike the seat arrangement on BA, which I find quite interesting...

I've never been on LX in C though and my fear is that it's very similar to LH's C which proved to be a slight disappointment more than once from the US back to Europe (sometimes really terrible food). But maybe LX is indeed better than LH in that respect.

I guess the most decisive factors for me would be the seat, the ability to sleep and the service. And since my mother will be with us on that trip and it's gonna be one of the last times she goes back to the States, I would want a little wow factor in there as well... I guess this is the main reason why it's so hard for me to decide for one or the other at the moment.
