Just found out I have to fly to a funeral in New York. I have found an affordable UA fare from YYC-EWR romorrow but it is in T class. Will I qualify for miles and segments with this fare?

I have read the posts, but need to book in the next few minutes so want to make sure I haven't missed anything in a subsequent post.

Your help is appreciated, this funeral has me kind of floored...
