Where are the lifts to the south lounge exactly? Never seen them, where do I go from when you exit south security?
When you exit Security South (the end closest to First check-in, Zone J), the private entrance to the Concorde Room will be on the right. It might be worth asking the agent guarding the door if you can push the wheelchair and your mother through the Concorde Room to the other lounges, as this will save some hassle.

Otherwise, turn left until you get to the escalator going down - there is a lift here too. Go down in the lift and turn back to the escalators up to the South lounges. Go beyond the escalators, and there are two lifts. The first floor up is the First lounge/Concorde Room, and the second is the Club lounge.

You can see the lifts up to the South lounges in my photo here (beyond the escalators) http://hotimg25.fotki.com/p/a/144_82...2/DSCN0281.jpg
