I think you have the North and South lounges confused.

The North lounge (Club) is on the same level as the check-in/security area.

The main entrance to the South lounges are on the level below, with the First lounge and Concorde Room on the same level as the check-in/security area and the Club lounge the floor above.

Lifts serve all floors.
