I thought maybe I would take my mum on a trip...and would like to take her to a lounge at T5. The south lounge should be easy to get to with a wheelchair (can I just request one for use around T5?) but the north lounge seems complicated. There are 2 escalators to get up to the north galleries lounge - anyone know if there is a lift as well?
