/agree. I am very surprised that they were selling tickets up to slow close to flight dates on a schedule that hadn't been approved. Seems like were advertising and selling a product that they did not have a reasonable expectation of being able to deliver. Not that they couldn't have hoped, but they should have notified passengers at the time of booking that the advertised times were subject to approval...who knows, maybe they did.
