While I understand that changes should not be used to circumnavigate the ticketing deadline, it's seems strange to have a general rule for changes requiring 3/5 working days as well. It's not really clear in the rules.
(Side note: With M&M, there's also a ticketing deadline of two days in advance, but for changes after ticketing you can rebook to a flight even on the same day.)
