Hi, well this thread hasn't been used in awhile but just want to update.

I believe the staff at the website can no longer physically add #'s to PL reservations. However, the receptionist at the front desk was able to do so...I am checking in tomorrow so I will see what benefits as a Gold VIP that I may get.

Hopefully others can talk about recent experiences through 3rd party bookings and how they were treated at a HHonors property
