Bumping this old thread which seems to apply to my upcoming itinerary. I'm flying JFK-LHR connecting to FRA on BA, with a seat assigned in (according to Seat Expert/Seat Guru) the only non-reclining row on the BA leg. Using the method outlined above to access the BA site I merely managed to get my itinerary locked for 24 hours. Have I missed an updated technique for accessing my flight online? (the EXP agent suggested I call BA, which I suppose I'll do when I have a stretch to sit around on hold...)
