I had never sent one in before until yesterday and it was regarding the new boarding structure with sky priority just like yours. I haven't heard back but I sent mine in as a suggestion/comment and not a complaint.
I think I've sent in 4 this year. I figure that DL seems like an airline that cares and will do something about it. As long as they keep responding to my emails, I'll continuously offer them suggestions on how to improve service/operations
