From a bunch of previous posts ...
1. BA should listen and reflect. We all like a bit of a moan [OMG, the wrong champagne!] but when hot stuff is served tepid, and cold stuff isn't chilled, there's something seriously wrong on-board on SOME flights. All my experiences on CE have been excellent, all of my CW TATL to IAD have been flawed.
2. The silent ones who just go away and book with another carrier [lucky ones who have a choice on those luxury Middle/Far East routes] will eventually register on BA's bottom line. I think it's rather sad that BA has slipped into, IMO, the 2nd Division when it could, with a bit of effort, get back to Division One. Perhaps the CC Dispute will facilitate that?
Is it the LHR crews? Is it the less popular routes for CC that engender customer apathy? I don't know, but I'm slightly dreading my experience in J next month in terms of value for my money. How sad is that for "The World's Favourite Airline"?
