Just got another e-mail offering, yet again, the opportunity to upgrade for free to F one way from J. Does that mean that they have now sold enough full fares in F that they can give away the balance. Me thinks not.

I am not sure about the Spa. It is not really me at all, but my wife has never succeeded in getting an appointment. There seems to be a body of evidence that appointments are tough to get without considerable forward planning (not a forte of our family). I wouldn't want to deprive anyone if this is a popular feature but could they let this go as a trade-off for better food/drink for example?
