This is interesting, I never heard about it. Being much cheaper I would have chosen to upgrade my Visa Premier to Infinite instead of Green to Platinum if I had known.
Priority pass is granted but not to all French bank,
Some French Banks gives it as a part of the membership but not all in France.
I've seen that the "1818" bank offers it where for exemple Societe General does not offers it
