Were out to baggae claim in about 6 minutes leaving plane, but baggage claim was another 20 minutes to collect. The customs officer who collected the card at baggage claim asked "what took you guys so long". I said "baggage".

Any ways, this was a nice first experince considering that our strollers were at bagagge claim and the line in front was about 150 people deep. Could have taken 20 minutes in immigration line easily. At least they had waiting charis at baggage claim but no such facility in immigration area.

I think, luckily, as the program evolves more standards are developing (which is great).

For example, I was one of the initial apps at IAH, back when only three airports were testing it, and I was told I could not add my Official Passport in with my tourist one. Now people are being told they can add multiple passports to the system. Hopefully, the traveling with family front of the line pass is now standard too (as I noted it was many months ago at JFK).

I love the programe. I tell them that everytime, and they usually smile and say they do too.

Ciao,
