Boracay certainly fits the bill for clear water and white sand. It's also a fantastic place for a host of other activities such as scuba, boating, and wind surfing. At night, it's easy to find good live music and dining on the beach. Depending on where you stay (specifically, the further away you are from D'Mall), you can have whole stretches of the beautiful beach all to yourself.
