Sorry to Hear regarding the Problem.
I had a Different issue with Jet regarding Refund and never got reply from Jet from Customerrelations.
It would be a Pain sending emails and waiting for a response.
I could suggest, writing an email and then speaking with Reservations Sup over the Phone. Blasting him that You never got any Reply. He might mark an email as a Priority from his side, to the concerned Desk and then you might be able to get a Response.
Actually, this Happened when i got NO reply from INFO and CUSTOMERRELATIONS. i blasted SUP and then, he asked for my email addess and Subject Line i wrote and i got a Repsonse within Few Hours. I did this 3 or 4 times, and got reply every time.
They are Located in BOM and Few Agents would be Rude. So be Prepare to hang and Call again.......
