I doubt too many more than normal churn are leaving BA F due to service issues.Issues happen but not all the time or even part of the time I'd imagine but happen they do as a small percentage I would think.
I think too much is being read into the conflagration of complaints on this forum.
If I went into a hospital and based everything on what I saw there,I'd be checking my affairs are in order as I'd think the whole world is sick and my number might be soon up...
I would only ever book BA F with miles or via an mfu and so far I'm happy.
I've one to fly in the summer so I'll compare and see but if it's as good as the last time,then thats great
