I also had some trouble in the past with the "Asian Dragon" at the lounge in OSL. At least three or four times, once (at this time I was LH Sen) she refused to let me in with a guest and start shouting at me. In my opinion, this woman is totally missplaced and they should either just fire her or put her in some backoffice, far away from any customer. I'm just EBG but I guess your EBP guys should write a formal complaint to SAS, telling your bad experiences with just one single employee, maybe it works and she will "disappear".
