Its a little strange because I arrived at JFK terminal 4 from a 13 hour flight from Dubai about two weeks ago along with my wife (TTP) and two infants (non TTP) and we took the Goes kisok route but asked a supervisor that we need to be processed TTP and she sent us to the first available IO. Were out to baggae claim in about 6 minutes leaving plane, but baggage claim was another 20 minutes to collect. The customs officer who collected the card at baggage claim asked "what took you guys so long". I said "baggage".
Any ways, this was a nice first experince considering that our strollers were at bagagge claim and the line in front was about 150 people deep. Could have taken 20 minutes in immigration line easily. At least they had waiting charis at baggage claim but no such facility in immigration area.
