Plus, the two different virus protection programs I use (one on one computer, another on the other computer), neither of which is Norton, do not indicate any risk in using that webpage.
You could contact Norton for specifics if you are unsure about proceeding.
For phone assistance, however, their webpage states "estimated wait time: 30 minutes". For the online chat option it states "Expert assistance / little or no wait time /available 24 x 7"
