No I don't think so, it has worked fine on my previous trips.

For now I am giving up on it and we will see what happens when I return next. If, as they say, they have been having trouble with their servers then I am hoping that is it.

I am still totally unimpressed with the number of different stories that the call centre seems to make up on a whim in the hope you go away. Cheap it might be, crap it certainly is.
