What airline?

I have never heard of an airline not getting you as far along the route as they could even if the other flight was not operating. In fact, I've been told by many an agent over the years they want to get you as far as they can because then it's much easier to work out.

There were no other issues, with visa or anything like that, they just denied you boarding because the connecting flight was not flying?
