Go downstairs in T3 near the check-in desks group A and follow the signs for "Heathrow Express". From there it's either about a dozen steps down or an elevator and then a short walk to the entrance to the Heathrow Express. It should take you about 5 minutes.

>>> Sorry, not true. It really is a long trek to the H/E to T4, not bad at T4. It makes certain BA flights out of T4 a turn off when coming landside from 1,2,3. They are always doing construction or something, makes it a pain.
