You have to take into account reporting bias in those statistics... 30-40% of ORD-LAX or LAX-ORD 1K stats on that site are from the results of my flights. That's a large proportion of what is a very small sample size.
I'm willing to be that a large majority of 2P's have never heard of FT or care to track their UDU results.
Not to mention that people are more likely to report successes than failures.
