Sorry if this is a "novice" question.. I am Plat. with a 4 day window. For a flight on Sunday my understanding is that after 12:01AM Wed. the upgrade request would be processed? When I did not receive an email on Wed morning I called the Plat. desk and was told that the 4 day is Thursday 12AM when my upgrade could clear not on Wed. The at noon I got an email that I was upgraded! When day does the 4 day in advance mean for a sunday flight (my normal days to travel) --Wed or Thur? Thanks!
