3. we don't know - it has been asked by many and there is no consistence in responses from UA (same goes for CR1, SWUs, ...)
4, Believe the answer is yes, not sure on that
5. Yes that is confusing, appears if you select the same thing for a group of segments, it figures it out and does the correct thing -- I don't trust it and call instead.
