Miscellaneous location fee may apply at counter - ?
Hi - I've booked a "Sebring or Mustang Convertible or similar" for 10 days from San Fransisco Mason Street to LAX, and the quote seems to make sense apart from the bit saying:
MISCELLANEOUS LOCATION FEE MAY APPLY AT COUNTER
Does anyone know how I find out what this is? It obviously makes it hard to see if I'd be better going with another company or location?
Total approximate price (316GBP/480USD) includes:
Loss Damage Waiver
Tax and other charges
Liability Insurance Supplement
Vehicle Licensing Cost Recovery
Transaction Fee
MISCELLANEOUS LOCATION FEE MAY APPLY AT COUNTER
And in the "Warning Messages" I see ONE WAY RENTAL CONFIRMED -seems good. I saw that in California they won't charge for my wife... So what else might they want to charge me for?
