While we don't exactly have double-half-caf-with-a-half-shot-of-half-fat-half-steamed-whole-milk choices there ARE differences in Dr Peppers. And you haven't really had a Dr Pepper until you've had a Dublin Dr Pepper. I'm not a big fan of drinks with sugar in 'em but IMHO a DDP (Dublin Dr Pepper) is REALLY tasty. The difference between normal corn syrup and Imperial Cane Sugar is huge.
