As I usually stay here as a Hilton Vacation Club member and not as a HHonors hotel guest (my Diamond benefits are not recognized), I don't know what the policy is for Diamond members. I would be surprised, however, that they offer upgrades and breakfast to HHonors Diamond members because all other HGVC properties are exempt from offering these benefits.
