Operated from somewhere in France a few days ago and the majority of boarding was complete. All CE passengers were onboard and I was preparing the cabin.
We were waiting for a few stragglers...
Man boards, usual, having put his boarding card away, had a few cross words about why he has to show it blah blah blah... Allocated seating in row 6...
Sits in 1F... I wait a few moments to give him a chance to realize his mistake. Which he appears not to... So, I quietly ask him which seat he hold a boarding card for...?
6F is his reply... I advise him that he is currently in 1F, which is in a separate cabin to which he is ticketed and if he could please make his way to his allocated seat.
His reply, which I struggled to keep a straight face at was... *drum roll*....
"I thought the rows would start at number 6..."
Oh... ppppuuuurrrrlllleeeeaaassseeee!
What a blatant tryer oner... Made me laugh though!
