Just called Ritz and said "what can you give me for three nights in December?" The guy was great and came back with the 19th to the 22nd. Now that my teacher wife is retiring, pretty much anything works so we grabbed it. Seems like a fabulous use of points.

Curious to know if anyone has experience with this property and if there is a chance they will let me pay to upgrade to Club level? Did it a few years ago in Maui.
