Flying ORD-NRT on Friday in F and received a call from AA today asking me to reconfirm my intention to fly due to a "very busy flight". This prompted me to check the seatmaps on AA.com which show about 40 empty seats throughout the aircraft, in each of the three classes. However, ITN shows zero coach availability and just 2 seats left in both the J and F cabins. Which one is correct?
