I am not sure--but you if you are looking at a restaurant wedding I trust you want one on the water with nice grounds/small beach. You might want to call the following restuarants as they all have very nice grounds:

Maui
>Pacifico in Lahaina--its right on the beach
>Mama's Fish House in Paia--wonderful location (very expensive)
>Old Lahina Luau--get married on their wedding grounds and then treat guests to the best luau on Maui!

Kauai
>Beach House in Poipu--doesn't get any better
>Tidepools at the Grand Hyatt is a wonderful location and terrific restaurant--get married on beach in front of Hyatt.
