Check-in and security at ORD for *S

Hi,
I wonder what are the rules in the following case:
- Domestic flight from ORD in Economy / Coach
- Part of an international Business Class ticket (domestic flight is after a stop-over)
- 1st traveller is LH FTL (*S), 2nd traveller statusless

1) Can we use Business Class check-in counters?
According http://www.united.com/page/article/0,,2131,00.html I assume so.
I also assume that the 2nd statusless traveller joining me isn't a problem.

2) Do we have to pay any bagguage fees?
I assume not, even the 2nd traveller should be fine, since it is part of an international ticket.

3) What's about priority security lines?
According to the web site mentioned above, this should be ok for *S.
But what is about the 2nd traveller?
And do we need a sticker or stamp on the boarding pass?

4) Finally: What is your guess on waiting times for
a) Check-in
b) Security
on a Tuesday morning (flight leaving 8:10 A.M.)?

Thanks in advance for any advise!
